Pindrop Protect analyzes each call from the moment it connects, across IVR self-service and agent conversations, to produce a dynamic risk score that reflects voice, device, metadata, behavioral signals, and consortium intelligence in near real time. FICO customers can access this fraud risk directly via FICO’s consolidated APIs—such as Interaction Risk—so Pindrop becomes one of the fraud “spokes” feeding the FICO “hub.” Orchestrate decisions and treatments using Pindrop risk alongside other fraud data sources without building new point-to-point integrations. Pindrop Protect has demonstrated strong outcomes in large financial institutions, detecting around 80% of confirmed fraud with under 0.5% false positives and delivering an average of $5.5M in savings over three years in a sample of customers. Via the FICO Platform, this risk intelligence can drive routing, step-up controls, and case management workflows (using APIs like ANI Validation and Risk/Account Risk) so fraud and analytics teams can tighten controls where it matters most.
