Consumer Financial Health is a cashflow analytics solution designed to help businesses better understand an individual's financial position using bank transaction data. By analyzing up to 365 days of transaction history, the service provides a clear view of a customer's income, spending, savings behaviour, and overall affordability. Rather than relying solely on traditional credit data, Consumer Financial Health uses real banking activity to answer key financial questions: How much money is coming in? How stable is the customer's income? Is there evidence of income volatility? What do the customer's spending patterns look like? Does the customer regularly accumulate savings? Can the customer comfortably afford a new financial commitment? The service generates a range of cashflow-based indicators across multiple time periods, allowing businesses to identify both recent changes and longer-term financial trends. Please note that prerequisite UI configuration is required before invoking an API from FICO Platform.
